Gagharv (ガガーブ) is the titular chasm separating the continents northwestern El Phildin and the northeastern Tirasweel.

According to legends in Ghidona, Gagharv is the result of thunder that tore the world asunder to stop the invasion of the Red Tribe, nomadic peoples from the West.[1]
Gagharv was discovered by the well-known explorer Captain Bale. This enormous fissure, spanning a width of approximately 200 milos at sea up to 1000 milos at the base, hinders all approaches through an enormous vortex on sea and turbulent air in the skies, which even throws migratory birds off-course. Gagharv is a pass so perilous it should be a byword for the end of the world.[2]
