Notos (ノトス地方) is a region in the centre of El Phildin.

Notos is ruled from its centre by Milligan XVI in the prosperous royal capital of Phildin. Its royal library boasts the greatest collection of books across El Phildin, attracting an endless flow of visiting commoners and researchers. In Phildin Castle, home of Milligan XVI, many nobles and commoners appointed as officials gather. Situated south from the capital are a gemstone mine that is known as the source of the royal family's funds, the village Ourt for the production of fresh vegetables and the crowded Sheep Highway, filled with merchants and their carts selling their wares. North of the capital, in the lower reaches of the Teba River, which runs over the border with the Boreas region, lies the the small port town of Borun, responsible for the region's logistics.[1]
