Penisola (ペニソラ公国) is a duchy situated in east-central Weltluna.
Background[]
Penisola has been governed by Duke Penisola for generations. Although scarcity of natural resources limited Penisola's opportunities to grow rich, in recent years it rapidly developed urban areas with assistance from the wealthy merchant Riche. However, the duke's measures to ensure immediate profits with no regard to the people has garnered more than a little dissatisfaction.[1]
