Philly (フィリー) is one of the main characters of The Legend of Heroes III: White Witch.
Profile[]
Philly lives together with her mother in the outskirts of Phenthe. Her mother is a renowned pharmacist, trusted by the Phenthe locals. Philly's best friend is the pet bear Banban. She is cheerful and polite. Everyone likes her.
